Wall Mount the CR1000 (with video guide)

Mounting your uPunch CR1000 Digital Time Clock & Date Stamp securely on a wall helps ensure stability and ease of use. This guide walks you through the installation process using the included screws, fasteners, and mounting template. The video below demonstrates each step visually.

Recommended Surface: 1/2 inch drywall 

Recommended Height: 45 inches from the floor to the bottom of the clock

To wall mount the CR1000:

1. Tape the provided template to the wall at the desired height. The recommended height from the floor to the bottom of the Clock is 45”.
2. Use the template to mark screw locations.
3. Install the supplied wall-mount screws, leaving about 6mm (1/4”) of the screw head away from the wall. 
4. Attach the Wall Mount Brackets to the bottom back of the CR1000 device using two of the included screws. See the diagram below for visual reference.
5. Remove the cover from the device.
6. Hang the device on the wall-mounted screws.
7. Insert the remaining screws through the wall mount brackets into the wall to lock the device in place.
8. Replace the cover on the device.
