Navigating the Menus
Setup features of the time clock are grouped by menu options. The main menu options are numbered HN 1 through HN 5. Each menu has a series of sub-menus called codes, which are displayed in a smaller size at the bottom left on the clock display.

To access programming mode on the FN1000:
- Remove the cover using the included key. This exposes the setup labels that correspond with the IN and OUT buttons.
- Locate the Set switch.
- Move the Set switch to the "0" position (to the right).
Navigation Tips
- When a code is flashing, you can make changes using the + and - buttons. Once you select the option you wish to set, push the Enter button.
- Press Enter to confirm.
- Press Enter to scroll through codes without changing settings.
- The Back button allows reconfiguration of an option that was confirmed incorrectly.
- The Mode button navigates directly to the next HN menu.
