How to Reset Your Password via Email

In the event that you have forgotten your password or are having trouble logging in to the app, there are steps you can take to gain access again.

1. On the Log in page, tap Forgot password. 
   
   
   
   
2. Tap the Email Address text box and enter your email address.
   
   
   
   
3. Tap Done. 
4. Check your email inbox for instructions on resetting your password.
