Adjust Sound Volume on the MK3000

The MK3000 can provide voice prompts and sound feedback during use. The device sounds on the MK3000 can be increased, decreased, or turned off completely, to suit your company needs. 

To adjust the sound on the MK3000:

1. Press [Menu].
2. Select System, and press [OK].
3. Select Device setup, and press [OK].
4. Select Voice and press [OK].
   
   
    
5. Scroll through and press [OK] to select the voice level option.
   • To increase the volume, select a higher percentage. 
   • To decrease the volume, select a lower percentage.
   • To turn the sound off, select OFF.
6. When finished, press [ESC] once.
7. The time clock will prompt you with “Save?”, press [OK].
