Access the MK3000 Menu as a Manager

If at least one manager is set on the MK3000, managers are required to authenticate before accessing the time clock menus. This article walks through how managers authenticate and access the MK3000 menu when manager security is enabled.

To access the menus on the clock:

1. Press [Menu].
2. The time clock will prompt Manager?
   
   
    
3. Authenticate using one of the following:
   • Face recognition: Look at the camera and position face within the guide marks
   • Fingerprint: Touch a registered finger on the sensor
   • Proximity badge: Hold the proximity badge close to the time clock immediately below the finger reader
   • User ID and password: 
     1. Enter your ID number and press [OK].
     2. Enter you password and press [OK].

Once authenticated, the menu opens automatically.
