Download Raw Punch Transactions from the MK3000 (GLog)

The GLog (transaction log) contains raw clock‑in and clock‑out records stored on the MK3000. Unlike reports, GLog files are designed for importing punch data into payroll or third‑party applications. 

You can download:

• New transactions only or only those transactions that occurred since the last download
• All transactions stored on the device

To download the punch transactions since the last download (Down GLog):

1. Plug the MK3000 USB drive into the right side of the time clock.
2. Press [Menu]. 
3. Select Data Mgt, then press [OK]. 
4. Select Down GLog (new transactions only)
   or Down All GLog (all transactions). 
   
   
    
5. Press [OK]. 
6. Once the download is complete, press [ESC] to exit. 
7. Remove the USB drive and insert it into your computer

You can now insert the flash drive into your computer to upload your clock data file(s) for further processing as desired.

To download all punch transactions (Down all GLog):

Follow the same steps above, but select Down all GLog instead.
