Delete all Data from the MK1000

The Delete All GLog function on the MK1000 permanently removes all transaction data, including all punch records for every employee from the clock. This feature is rarely used and cannot be undone.

Transaction data refers to all recorded employee punches: every clock-in and clock-out entry stored on the device. Clearing this data resets the clock’s history, which may be necessary before repurposing the device or starting a new reporting cycle.

 

⚠️Use this function with caution, it permanently removes all transaction data (employee punch history) from the clock.

 

To remove all transactions from the clock:

  1. Press [Menu].
  2. Select Data Man and press [OK].
  3. Select Delete all GLog and press [OK].
  4. Press [OK]to delete all data or press [ESC] to go back.
  5. Press [ESC] repeatedly to exit or simply allow the menus to time out.
