Make the Printout Larger or Smaller on the CR1000

The CR1000 lets you adjust the print length, which changes the size of the printed text on your document or time card. You can choose from six font sizes (1–6). The default size is 4.

Important:

• If the selected font size is too large to fit all items in your print order, the device will automatically revert to a smaller size to ensure proper printing.

To change the print length on your CR1000:

1. Press SELECT until the icon is beside PRINT LENGTH.
   
   
    
2. The flashing digit indicates Print Length Options.
3. Press CHANGE until the display shows your desired option. Refer to the Print Length examples table below*.
4. Press SET, then press SET again to return to normal operation.
