Set the Printed Minute Format on the CR1000: Decimals or Minutes
The CR1000 lets you choose how minutes are displayed on your printed time stamps. You can use standard minutes or convert time into tenths, hundredths, or twentieths of an hour for payroll or reporting purposes. This setting works with both 12-hour and 24-hour formats and is especially useful for organizations that calculate time in decimal hours.
To change the printed minute format on your CR1000:
- Press SELECT until the ▲ icon is under HOUR/MIN.
- Press SET. The flashing digit will change from Hour to Minute.
- Press CHANGE until the display shows your desired option. Refer to the Type of Minute Options table below.
- Press SET, then press SET again to return to normal operation.
