Change the Printed Year Format on the CR1000

The CR1000 lets you choose how the year appears on your printed time stamps, either as the full year (e.g., 2025) or an abbreviated version (e.g., ’25). 

Notes:

• The Print Order Setting controls the sequence and structure of the printed date and time (e.g., Year-Month-Day vs Month-Day-Year).

To change the printed year format on your CR1000:

1. Press SELECT until the ▲ icon is under YEAR DIGIT.
2. The flashing digit indicates Year Digit Options.
   
   
    
3. Press CHANGE until the display shows your desired option. Refer to the Year Digit Options table below.
4. Press SET, then press SET again to return to normal operation.
