Register Face ID Templates on an MK3000

This article will walk you through registering face ID templates on your new MK3000 time clock. You can register one face template per user and up to 1000 face templates.

To register face templates on the time clock:

1. Press [Menu].
2. Select User View and press [OK].
3. Select the specific employee and press [OK].
4. Select Edit and press [OK].
5. Select Face and press [OK].
   
   
    
6. The time clock will request the user to look at the camera to position their face inside the guide marks, gently move to capture the user’s right side and left side, lower their head, and look up.
   
   
    
7. When the registration is completed, the time clock will return to the previous screen.
8. When finished, press [ESC] once.
9. Press [OK] to save the face template.
10. Repeat steps 3-9 to register face templates for additional employees.
11. Press [ESC] repeatedly to exit or simply allow the menus to time out.
