Set Managers on the MK1000
To keep your clock settings secure, you can designate one or more employees as Managers. Managers have special privileges that allow them to access the clock menus and make changes. Regular users cannot access these menus when a manager is enrolled.
Important:
- A manager must have a finger template, proximity badge, or password registered to be enrolled as a Manager on the clock.
- Store the password in a safe place. If the password is lost and you don’t have access with a fingerprint or proximity badge, you will need to contact our support team to unlock your clock.
- Only employees with Manager status can access the clock menu when a Manager (one or more) is enrolled on the clock.
